When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Veebzvolleyball@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at Veebzvolleyball@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll review your request and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts?
