Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In new condition

  • In the original packaging

Please note:
Because all crochet volleyball balls are handmade, slight variations in shape, size, or stitching are normal and not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

Email us at veebzvolleyball@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A photo of the product (required if damaged or defective)

We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • All returns are sent by mail.

  • Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued for items returned in new condition.
